Our Policies

We kindly request that all clients provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service, applied to the next appointment

OR

• Deposits will be forfeited, including first-time services where a $100 consultation deposit is applied toward the initial treatment

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Emergencies, weather-related issues, and exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Certain services require a consultation and/or deposit to secure your appointment.

• Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable
• For first-time services, a $100 consultation deposit is required and will be applied toward your first treatment when completed as scheduled
• Deposits may be forfeited in cases of late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy

Consultations are designed to ensure treatments are safe, appropriate, and tailored to your individual needs.

We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to ensure we can provide the best possible care.

• Arrivals 10 minutes or more late may require the appointment to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled, depending on availability
• If the appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee

To ensure we can properly compensate our staff and maintain the level of care and service we provide, all laser and Botox appointments are subject to a minimum spend of $100.

This minimum applies to services only and cannot be used toward retail purchases.
