Our Policies

  • We kindly request that all clients provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service, applied to the next appointment

    Deposits will be forfeited, including first-time services where a $100 consultation deposit is applied toward the initial treatment

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Emergencies, weather-related issues, and exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

  • Certain services require a consultation and/or deposit to secure your appointment.

    Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable
    • For first-time services, a $100 consultation deposit is required and will be applied toward your first treatment when completed as scheduled
    • Deposits may be forfeited in cases of late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy

    Consultations are designed to ensure treatments are safe, appropriate, and tailored to your individual needs.

  • We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to ensure we can provide the best possible care.

    • Arrivals 10 minutes or more late may require the appointment to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled, depending on availability
    • If the appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee

  • To ensure we can properly compensate our staff and maintain the level of care and service we provide, all laser and Botox appointments are subject to a minimum spend of $100.

    This minimum applies to services only and cannot be used toward retail purchases.
